1What are the benefits of flexi-tint?

2What does Visble Light Transmission (VLT) value means?
It is the amount of light that is passes through the glass/tint. The lower the percentage, the darker the tint.
3Is the tint applied on the outside of the window?
No. Our flexi-tint is installed on the inside of the glass / cabin side. This allows for maximum durability.
4Does flexi-tint block UV rays?
Yes. our special formula named, Flexi-tint can block out 98% of UVR rays. Preventing you and your love ones from skin and retina damage.
5Can flexi-tint help with privacy?
Yes. At 15% VLT, it is hardly see thru from outside but maintaning reasonable visitbility from cabin to outside during the daytime.
6How long does it take to install Flexi-Tint at my vehicle?
Usually 5 to 10 mins.
7Can flexi-tint reduce glare?
Yes. Glare not only can cause eye fatigue, but it can also be dangerous when driving. It reduces the amount of light allowed through the film, therefore allowing you to see better and not stress your eyes.
8Do I need to wait for dry up like tranditional window tiniting to roll my windows down?
Not at all.
9Does old window film need to be removed before installing flex-tint?
Old film is recommended to be removed before installing flexi-tint, as we have no information of the existing film quality which might produce undesirable results.
10If bubble looking appearance on the flexi-tint what should I do ?
Mosture and water would casues these bubble, simply remove the tinting film, gental cleaning with microfiber cloth (glasses cloth) then re-apply.
11Flexi Tint shall be used in parked & stationary at car park areasince local window tinting regulation shall be followed.

12What should I do to return the product ?
To ensure confidence of our product, buyer may return the goods in 7 days from the goods send out date.
Buyer must return the product as if it has not been used (partial / part refund request is not accepted).
you are required to apply for refund with details such as;
pictures of immediate condition of the goods (note: the protective film cannot be removed on both sides),
we do not accept if the product has been bended, scretch and has used marks).
Buyer shall bear the cost of the freight cost to our address.
Buyer shall bear the cost of any payment admin charge (e.g “Strip”, Visa, Master)
13What should I do to return the product ?

14The film doesn't stick to the window and keeps coming off. How can I ensure the window is properly aligned and synchronized with the film
All car models vary in design; some may have more space between components, while others have less—particularly between the glass window and the door frame. In such cases, we recommend applying a 2.5 cm transparent double-sided tape to the upper corner of the window. It is unavoidable as this is removable tint. This is unavoidable due to the nature of removable tint and an inherent limitation of removable tint

16In the event of any discrepancy between language versions
In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
